Large, modern hotel with easy access to attractions. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfy beds and amenities. Super helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast and evening Vietnamese dishes. I recently stayed at Mercure and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was decent, with a variety of dishes including delicious Vietnamese noodles and fresh fruit. The hotel's location was convenient, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, as well as a great massage place just across the road. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. it felt like a warm and welcoming family-owned hotel.

Great staff and delicious breakfast
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel was also located close to many tourist attractions and public transportation.
The size of the rooms which were quite small. the hotel restaurant was quite expensive compared to other options nearby.

This hotel is located in a lively neighbourhood, close enough to walk to the center of the city, and to areas of interest. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom had good amenities, and the staff was professional and helpful, always making us feel welcomed. Breakfast was adequate and the wifi strength was super.
The gym facilities were not up to par.
